Ingredients
4 beef steaks
4 garlic cloves
700g black olives
4 tablespoons capers
2 ripe red tomatoes
oregano and pepper
cider vinegar
oil
preparation
Brown the garlic in the oil and add the steaks. Cook them on high heat on both sides.
Add the pitted olives, capers, tomatoes, pepper, oregano.
Cook over low heat and serve them with the sauce.
