Paleo chicken nugget

A perfect Paleo snack on the go. These Paleo chicken nuggets can prepare wonderful and also taste the next day really well.

THE RECIPE: PALEO chicken nuggets
For 20 // Active time: 10 minutes // Total: 25 minutes
Ingredients

500 g organic chicken breast fillet
50g grated coconut
50 g ground almonds
2 eggs
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 pinch (s) curry powder
1 pinch (n) cayenne pepper
1 pinch (es) salt
Preparation

Cut the chicken breast into nuggets and dry with a kitchen towel.
In a deep dish mix the eggs with the melted coconut oil.
In another deep dish the grated coconut, the ground almonds and spices mix with a fork so that no lumps remain.
The chicken nuggets contact first in the egg liquid and then in the Paleo breading. The best set aside and gradually prepare for all Paleo chicken nuggets.
The pan with a little olive oil grease and heat. Add the Paleo chicken nuggets in the hot pan and fry depending on thickness. If necessary, add additional olive oil.
