Strips of chicken



Ingredients

4 slices of chicken
10 green olives
10 black olives
5-6 tomatoes
oregano, garlic and pepper
almond flour
extra virgin olive oil
preparation

Having pitted olives, cut them into slices and cut the chicken breast into strips, then we're going to flour. Let fry the oil and add the strips of chicken and olives, wait two minutes and we add the tomatoes, previously cut into slices. If we want, we can also add some strips of peppers.
Season with pepper, add the oregano and bring to completion, leaving the cooking in the pan for a couple more minutes.
