THE RECIPE: PALEO BREAKFAST MUFFIN

1 banana
1 apple
2 eggs
1 tablespoon chia seeds (a Superfood)
125g ground almonds
30 ml coconut oil
40 ml of water
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 tsp ground vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Preparation
Preheat oven to 175 ° C.
Mash the banana on the bottom of a bowl with a fork to mash, grate the apple and both add to the other ingredients.
All mix well with a stirrer and spread into the muffin pans so they are filled to about 3/4.
Place the muffins in the oven on the middle rack and about 15-19 min. Bake. If you can pierce a toothpick and it comes out clean again, the muffins are done.
